In order to help figure out why it isn't for you, we'll need more details:

- - The version of Wget you're using, as reported by wget --version
- - The operating system and version on which you're using Wget
- - The exact invocation of the command, on the command line
- - The contents of the presscouncil.org.hk/zh directory
