Try following command it work for me.

wget --recursive --user=USER --password=PASSWORD --level=5 
--output-file=log.csv -nc 
--post-data='start_dag=01&start_maand=11&start_jaar=2009&stop_dag=05&stop_maand=12&stop_jaar=2009'
--save-cookies=cookies.txt  
--keep-session-cookies 
" http://www.belegger.nl/koersen.php?page=bhistory&naam=ING_GROEP";

In my previous email I sent the wrong commands. I want to translate the
commands look like this:
