[Bug-wget] Question

Hello Wget community,

I am new here, but I hope to be able to contribute at some point as well!

My first question is:

I would like to get all files without any extension (just 354345, for 
instance), stored on the website . They all are in a specific 
folder: http://www.site.com/files/343543. An Links to them are withing the HTML 
code: <a href="/files/361446">, for instance.

Is there any way to limit Wget download URL's to that folder, but allow it to 
retrieve links from the entire website? Is it a 
problem, that the necessary files have no extension?
