Yes... just as I was finishing the gzip patches I looked at the ML
archives, and realised you'd already stepped down :-).  Thanks for
spending your time on this even now.

Sorry, but I don't feel able to maintain it.  I'm new to the wget
code; I came to it as a "drive by developer" (and since found that my
original reasons for wanting gzip support were mistaken).  I haven't
maintained a project before, and I don't have the motivation to start
with wget.

I'll stay subscribed and lurk on the mailing list.  I could start on a
few issues cherry-picked from distribution bug trackers, but I don't
think that's what you're really looking for.
