You mean tha the development source code (not yet release) should
compile with MSYS+MinGW. I go a release version from
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/wget/, where is the repository for developement
source. Do I need Mercurial, or can I retrieve them with SVN or CVS ?

Hopefuly I won't need that, my problem is just that I am trying to use
latest JDE with latest CEDET, and JDE requires Wget.
