[Bug-wget] FW: use of ? in links on windows

I'm trying to archive a site using a windows computer and the

links have the "?" character in them - when wget creates the related file 

the "@" character is used  since "?" isn't allowed in windows file names

as per the  restrict  option however the relative links are

left with the original "?" character in them so the links don't match

the file names.  Also use of @ is problematic since the browser 

assumes it is an email link.

 

are there any work around for this?
