[Bug-wget] new alpha release 1.12-2416

I have just uploaded a new alpha version of wget.

Since last alpha release different bugs were fixed and the GNU TLS
backend was improved.
For more details you can look at the ChangeLog or using this command:
"bzr log -r2392..2416" after you checkout a fresh copy of Wget from the
Bazaar repository [1].


The source tarballs for downloading are here:
