Hi;

The Wget developers actually don't touch the translations; rather, they
are handled by the Translation Project. However, it looks like this
problem has already been fixed in the latest version of zh_CN.po:

http://translationproject.org/PO-files/zh_CN/wget-1.12-pre7.zh_CN.po

So it should be fixed in the next release of Wget. In fact, this change
looks to already be present in the current development sources, as well.

Note that 估时 was used, rather than 还剩.
