First make sure that Sharepoint is configured to serve files via http or
https, and test that you can access them from a web browser.

I am not at all familiar with the evil that is Sharepoint, but Google pulled
up this article:

If you can access the files in Firefox but still can't get them via wget,
*then* the people here might be able to help.
