[Bug-wget] call for help about windows wget

Dear Sir

   I am working on a project which need a migration from linux to windows
plantform. BUT in windows WGET, there is no --no-check-certificate option
and even no HTTPS OPTIONS.
   would you plz find me an way to avoid https certificate validation using
windows wget or an alternative solution, which is much appreciated.
