I put a test build up here just now

It was installed to prefix C:\wget\root

GNU Wget 1.12-2504 built on mingw32.

+digest +https +ipv6 +iri -large-file +nls -ntlm +opie +ssl/openssl 

ntlm is disabled because configure is testing for LIBSSL and I'm guessing it 
should test for LIBSSL32 as well. also related build_info.c only tests for 
HAVE_LIBSSL and should test for HAVE_LIBSSL32 as well. not sure why large-file 
is disabled.. is that option not needed on windows?

I don't have the time to do testing unfortunately.
