Those are test builds and they include the extra dependencies needed to build 
wget not just to run it. Someone just asked me about that so here is the c&p 
from another thread:


"Unzip root directory so it's C:\wget\root"

What that means is make a directory off of your C:\ drive and call it wget
Then unzip the zipped up files to C:\wget
You should end up with everything in C:\wget\root

Wget and curl are in C:\wget\root\bin
C:\wget\root\bin\wget --help
C:\wget\root\bin\curl --help

It's really not the most intuitive thing. They're test builds.
