I'm sorry, but I honestly feel slightly offended at this. You send a
mail to the bug reporting mailing list for a software project and are
doubtful of the level of expertise you'll be able to find?

I don't know vbscript and what you're really trying to do. What we're
here to debug is why Wget doesn't work. And it would be great if you
can share the debug output of Wget when it doesn't work.
