[Bug-wget] multiple constant parameters

Good morning!

I'd like to use multiple constant parameters like

wget -U "$UA" --header="Secret-Key: ${HC_SECRETKEY}" etc.

Is there a way to set defaults WITHOUT a wgetrc file?

I resist to put a secret key ibto a file.
I use wget a lot in a shell script. It is not easy to change  
(add/remove new parameters) these every time.

As a last resort I put wget with defaults into a function.
