Here is a first patch (GnuTLS only) for review and comments (and playing
around).

It adds a --crl-file option to Wget, so that you can specify a CRL file.

- Maybe a native speaker could rewrite the changes in wget.texi !?
- Should we support complete directories ?
- Should we allow more than one --crl-file option ?
- Someone here to add OpenSSL code ?
