[Bug-wget] Compilling of latest Wget GIT under Ubuntu Mate remix 64bits 14.04.1 fails.

As advised to me, I wanted to notice to you that compiling wget after
configuring like this:

./configure --with-openssl

Fails with this error:

Using GNU Tls instead compiles correctly.

In both cases the ./configure script passes with no error message.
