[Bug-wget] GSoC 2015 project : [GNU Wget] FTP Server Test Suite in python

Hello Everyone !
         I am Satyam Zode ,as a student I am selected as a part of Google
Summer of Code program in which I will be working on project GNU Wget FTP
Server Test Suite [0]

have been working on GNU Wget HTTP Server test suite from many days which
has brought me near to the Wget and its working with different HTTP server
options.Taking inspiration and project model consideration from GNU Wget
HTTP Server test suite I have proposed FTP Server test suite in my proposal.

Main modules of the project will be :
1.class StoppableFTPServer
2.class FTPHandler
3.class DTPHandler
4.class FTPServer
5.class FTPTest
6.Test files

it is public.I am maintaining one public document with proposal in
additional info section, I will add all project design changes there.I
would love to get the feedback from community on my proposal to improve the
project design.I kindly request you to put your thoughts and ideas on
project design.All suggestions and queries are welcome.If you think I am
making any kind of mistake or something then please feel free to bring it
up I will try to learn from it and will correct it.

I would like to thank Giuseppe ,Tim and Darshit for giving me this
opportunity to work with GNU community.Apart from main goal, I think I will
have fun here :-) .
