Hi,

Window's console window width defaults to 80 characters. With such,
WGET has two problems:

1.) Displaying the filename to download will turn into a marquee when
it's longer than the space it can be displayed in. However, the
marquee falls 1 character short - the last one is never displayed. If
you look at my text attachment you can see "achronoxTheMovie.av" is
the last step before it starts over at "JakeHughesAnachrono" in the
next line.

2.) Displaying "eta" uses too much space when both minutes and seconds
have 2-digit numbers. Thus, the entire line needs 80 characters and
forces a linewrap, which turns out into NOT updating the line per
progress step, but instead prints new lines all over. Look at both
attachments to see the effect on this.

a.) As a suggestion I'd like to request that the marquee feature
(scrolling thru the filename) will display the start and the end
longer, i.e. leave it for 3-5 steps before starting to scroll. That
way one could more easily read the entire filename: reading the middle
is not difficult, because each character is displayed 19 steps long,
which is enough to read it. But the first and the last character are
only displayed for 1 step only - likewise the second and the one
before the last are only displayed 2 steps long - which is too short
to recognize them properly.

I included the overall call (requested URI) in case you want to
exactly reproduce my case. I also included the version print in case
that helps identifying the problem.

If this is not the correct end to address my bug reports / feature
request to then please tell me so. Thanks for the great tool so far!
