Hi Ashish,

Where exactly are you stuck? Also, you should know that there is no
official GitHub repository for Wget and none of the ones available on
GitHub are guaranteed to be the latest Git HEAD. Instead you should
clone the repository available on the Savannah server.

After that, have you read the README and README.checkout files in the
repository? The provide basic information on the build requirements
and steps. Once you have the development environment set up, you
should try and triage some bugs on the bug tracker to get a better
understanding of the code base. You could also write more tests to
improve code coverage.
