Details:

I never had any problems with wget 1.18, but trying to build 1.19 with the
same ./configure flags as before will fail to build.  My flags are: 
  --with-ssl=openssl
  --with-libssl-prefix=/usr/local/ssl
  --diasble-pcre
  --disable-iri

The `make` step fails with this:
