Details:

wget crashes when attempting to download a .jpg file that has a mixture of
Roman and Arabic characters, as well as some spaces in the file name.

To Reproduce:
1. Create a file called: Birds and تحميل هذا الحق الآن.jpg
2. Place it on a web server. In my case, the web server is Apache 2.2.3, and
may itself not have proper Unicode support as the generated index.html for
that folder does not render the characters properly in my Chrome browser.
3. Attempt to wget the file:

wget
http://dumper.example.com/sampleassets/images/spaces_and_special_characters/Birds%20and%20%d8%aa%d8%ad%d9%85%d9%8a%d9%84%20%d9%87%d8%b0%d8%a7%20%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%ad%d9%82%20%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%a7%d9%93%d9%86.jpg

and kaboom.

I've attached a coredump file but redacted part of the URL for security
reasons. I hope that isn't a problem.
