[Bug-wget] GSoC Applicants: Start preparing your proposals

Hi,

We've seen a few potential GSoC students out here that are starting to 
interact with the community. While it is a good thing to start getting 
used to the code base, may I remind everyone that the deadline for 
applications is only about a week away.

All students should have their project ideas fleshed out and a proposal 
submitted by then. The selection will be done on the quality of the 
submitted proposals. So please start working on making your proposals, 
we are here to help you out with that as well, including reviewing your 
proposals. But it all takes some time, if you submit your proposals 1 
day before the deadline, we may not be able to provide any feedback in 
time.
