[Bug-wget] GSoC Applicants - Final Proposal Deadline Approaching

Hi Everyone,

The deadline for the GSoC proposals is fast approaching. By now, anyone 
interested in applying for GSoC with us this year should already have 
submitted a draft proposal and started discussing the specifics with us.

Apart from that, please do take a look at this link for some information 
on how a proposal should be written and formatted. Some of the 
information on it may be outdated since it was written last year for GNU 
Wget, but it will still give you a good idea of what we expect out of 
your proposals:
