[Bug-wget] Report bugs for installing LaTeX Live

Hello, I am Matsui in Japan and want to install the LaTeX Live ver2017.
But when I install the LaTeX Live, there are some bugs, 
then I didn't install the LaTeX.

In the programs report that...
"Use of uninitialized value &ver in scalar chomp at

"Use of uninitialized value &ver in substitution (s///)  at

"C:/.../xzdec.exe --help failed(status 65280): No such file or directory."

Please tell me solutions to this problems.

My computer spec is, 
OS: windos7 Professional
System: 64-bit oparation system

and also I am not good at English,

私のコンピューターのスペックは、
OSがwindows7 professional
システムの種類が64ビットオペレーティングシステム
となっています。

また、私は英語をうまく使いこなすことができないため、
一部通じないことがあるため日本語でも書かせていただきました。
