Follow-up Comment #7, bug #55229 (project wget):

Installed, now a next issue with the config:

checking for pkg-config... /usr/bin/pkg-config
checking pkg-config is at least version 0.9.0... yes
checking for LIBPSL... yes
checking for psl_latest... yes
checking for ZLIB... no
checking for compress in -lz... no
checking for GNUTLS... no
configure: error: Package requirements (gnutls) were not met:

No package 'gnutls' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables GNUTLS_CFLAGS
and GNUTLS_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

And I cannot install that or dont know the name that would contain that, found
a gnutls-bin in debian, installed it, but that didnt help, it sill miss
gnutls
