[Bug-wget] Failed self tests on CubieTruck with Linaro 14.04

Hi Everyone,

I'm working on a CubieTruck. It is a Cortex-A7 running a  Linaro
14.04, which is a Ubuntu derivative. I'm building Wget 1.20.1 from
sources.

$ cat tests/test-suite.log

=======================================

# PASS:  86
# SKIP:  1
# XFAIL: 0
# FAIL:  6
# XPASS: 0
# ERROR: 0

test-suite.log is attached. It includes errors like "Bad arg length
for Socket::inet_ntoa".
