The first browser that "invented" a cookies file was Netscape Navigator
and it used cookies.txt.
That's not a real "standard", but comes pretty close.
The 'file' command recognizes
# HTTP Cookie File
in the first line as
"Web browser cookie, ASCII text"
But it's case-sensitive, so that it does not recognize cookies.txt
written by Wget.
