Long output filename causes the download to stop after few seconds

Whenever the filename is too long to fit in the space between the left
margin of the window and the download progress bar - the title turns into a
running line - and always stops near the end of the filename.

the filename is long and ends with ".part2.rar". Then as you see the last r
starting to redraw itself or something.
I've used here the -o and -c options for a file of 1 GB.
Using Windows 10. Happened both in cmd and PowerShell. Until I've change
the output filename to a shorter one.
