Follow-up Comment #5, bug #31781 (project wget):

Thank you berezovskyi for the docker image.
It's helpful to use -k with -nc
But getting "OpenSSL: error:1407742E:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlsv1
alert protocol version"

After further search found that docker image built with libssl0.9.8 and works
only with sites supporting tlsv1

could you please update docker image with latest openssl
