 , which in turn refers to this bug tracker 
<http://wget.addictivecode.org/BugTracker.html>  (GNU Savannah).

However, the information appears to be obsolete, since the current version of 
wget is 1.21.1 and the latest (released) version mentioned on the bug tracker 
page is 1.14.

Near the bottom of the homepage, feedback is solicited via this mailing list.  
The manual page <https://www.gnu.org/software/wget/manual/>  also refers to the 
mailing list.

Presumably the FAQ or the link to same is out of date.  Is there a newer FAQ?
