The recent binaries do no longer work on XP, and besides of this
there is a critical regression: POST requests over 8 KiO in size
fail https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?61038 This used to work
with 1.11.4 on Windows XP and even ME, before that version
became unusable due to HTTPS/OPENSSL issues with more and more
demanding servers.

But I agree that a simple testcase is needed for
Дмитрий Дмитрий:s bug, not "some years ago
something maybe failed".
