Hi Ali,

It's nice to see you so excited about starting a new project. However, we are 
not interested in rewriting Wget in Rust.

P.S.: You're a high school student, so I'm going to assume you didn't know 
better. But at this point "re-write it in Rust" is a meme. Please do not send 
out messages like that. I think Rust is a great language and it has it's 
benefits. If you're really interested in Rust, you'll find a lot of projects 
already written in Rust to contribute to. There is no tangible benefit to 
sending out emails to projects in other languages, offering to rewrite it in 
Rust.

If you would like to continue with this as a personal project, do contact me 
privately and we can have a little chat about how you could proceed. It would 
indeed be a nice project to learn some concepts in Rust.
