Translations are in the www repo.

Well, the package descriptions in the Womb are brand new (thanks Karl
and Brandon), and the web page <https://www.gnu.org/manual/blurbs.html>
even more so.  Yet there are already a bunch of translations available,
and it’s easily reusable for Guix.

See, no need to be pessimistic!  :-)
