[Bug-XBoard] Winboard help in Windows Vista

The help button produces the following message:

 

The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that is not included in Windows Vista. However, you can download a program that will allow you view Help created in the Windows Help format from the Microsoft website.

Is it possible to supply this on a website or as a text document as I have spent hours trying to download the Microsoft programme without success - only going round and round in circles on their system.
