OK, thanks. I can reproduce this, so it should be solvable.
There seems to be a conflict in the current code between seeing the piece
re-appear on its original square after a rejected move, and not seeing it
flash shortly on the original square when you release it after dragging
for an accepted move. It only happens with Arrow Highlighting on. And not
on the first move after you switch it on. In fact it seems related to
erasing the arrow.

I will work on it.
