I tested on a Ubuntu (version name?) and no crash (see below)....


What gcc version are you using?
Can you show me the printout from the configure script?
What glibc are you using?


But since we see a free on address 0x06 I will not pretend that Xnee is
not a probable cause of this ;) ... anyway, the above would be nice of
you sent over.

By the way, you can find the recorded file here:
        /tmp/cnee_user.xns
To replay that file again, type the following command
        cnee --replay --file /tmp/cnee_user.xns
