[Bug-xnee] Bug when reading settings from file using --project?

Hi,

 I just noticed a strange behavior when using the --project option. So
if anyone have a problem with those, I am on it.

 BTW, I've just implemented a new tiny feature, syntax checking. Given
the last reports which have turned out to be outdated documentation I
think it would be cool to do syntax check of all commands in the manual
with Xnee itself.... will be commited to CVS soon and goes into the next
release.
