pause/stop are intended for recording only. Do like this instead:
cnee --replay --mouse --keyboard --recall-window-position
--speed-percent 150 --file C:\Temp\nom60467.xns

remove all --XX-keys options

Too bad.
I need more info though:
A what X server version are you using
If (on the client side) cygwin, what version of the X libs
Send over the recorded session files
Turn on verbose mode and send over the output
