Thanks.  I have been using cnee on my Fedora 13 system.

I have attached a new version that includes a test to fix the same problem for connections over NoMachine nxserver-3.4.0-8, although it only works part way.  It records keyboard and mouse events, but when it replays, it recreates the keystrokes but not the mouse clicks.  I have attached a log of "cnee --verbose --replay -f example.xnr".

In the patches, only the tests in xnee_utils.c matter.  I can resubmit it without the extra xnee_verbose() calls if you want.
