I am confused by this kind of usage: as far as the ISO store is
concerned, the Amd 1 is sold as a separate add-on document to
ISO-9660. I get that people may want to say "well The Standard is the
old thing with the amendment applied", but I really don't feel that's
how we talk about amendments (like, the Bill of Rights is the Bill of
Rights, not the whole thing, right?)
The ISO also made a new ISO 9660:2023 that subsumes both amendments in
the meantime. I suppose there's no point in renaming it *that* way,
since we want to call it by the name that it either initially appears
as (as a proposal) or initially appears as in real standards (as
amendment).

I suppose we can choose to just change the info page and mention the
EVD terminology.
(Re: popularity. I mean, yeah, that's one more reason to not add a
cmdline switch.)
