[certi-dev] Preparing CERTI 3.4.1 release

Hi Everybody,

With the help of Jan-Patrick and Jean-Philippe I think
CERTI is now compiling again on Windows.

I invite anyone interested in checking whether if CERTI is
OK for their use or not by compiling & testing current CVS HEAD.

I plan to release CERTI 3.4.1 based n current CVS HEAD this week or
next week at most
unless someone point out a big trouble with it.

I shall add that anynone willing to ensure longer time CERTI non-regression
for its favorite platform/compiler should setup a Dashboard submission:
