[Chicken-hackers] 2.505 and chicken-setup extensions

Hello!

I have overhauled chicken-setup a bit and added a feature
that might be useful: it is now possible to install eggs directly
from the/a svn repository or a local checkout. This together
with the "-tree" option allows performing a "bulk" install
of eggs from the local file-system with full dependency
checking (provided a local repository file is available, which
can be obtained with "-fetch-tree").

I have also added a "-destdir" option which should be helpful
in creating binary packages from eggs. I have tested this only
rudimentally, but it should work ok.

Peter Busser requested to turn all eggs into "proper" ones
to help with his packaging effort (no single-file .scm-style eggs anymore).
I have done so, with the exception of "stream-flash-tree-map", which is tagged
and apparently has changes in the trunk that I don't want to
simply release (Alejandro, can you provide a new tagged
version, please?). egg-post-commit and chicken-setup both
don't support single-file eggs anymore, since I don't like
carrying dead code around.

chicken 2.505 is available via darcs and subversion (see
the website for URLs), in case someone wants to use this.

The documentation has been updated and the eggs been
uploaded. In case anything is broken, please contact me.

cheers,
felix
