I added x86-64 support for OS X to the trunk.  Let me know if there
are any build issues on other platforms.

To build 64-bit, do:
  make PLATFORM=macosx ARCH=x86-64

I have also added BINARYVERSION=3.64 to this line to avoid overwriting
my 32-bit eggs.
