[Chicken-hackers] Chicken's setup-api libraries need relinking

Hi,

When I tried to run chicken-install, I got a "shared object libchicken.so
not found" error, which I traced to a missing rpath in setup-api.so and
setup-download.so.  The attached patch forces these two (and any other
libraries that might be added to IMPORT_LIBRARIES) to be relinked.
