[Chicken-hackers] post-commit broken?

Hi all,

I updated web-unity (a Chicken 3 egg) to version 0.24, which fixes
a small bug.  This version was tagged more than a week ago, I think,
but when I try to fetch it with chicken-setup, I still get 0.23.
I don't see anything suspicious in the automated build logs.

Anything weird going on?
