Yes.

Old extensions were present.
But I reran this test as follows:

  cd /tmp
  chicken-uninstall easyffi numbers srfi-19 srfi-37 srfi-38 ssax sxpath
  chicken-install easyffi numbers srfi-19 srfi-37 srfi-38 ssax sxpath

Same random crashes (5 out of 8 tries).
