[Chicken-hackers] Make CHICKEN compile on GNU/Hurd

Hi,

the attached patch will make CHICKEN compile on GNU/Hurd, due to a
mix up of __ARCH__ defines. At least my understanding here is, that
the intention has been to check for Mac OS X in the original version.
Could someone test this on Mac OS X please?

Please note that there are some more pieces missing, one of them
is the usage of PATH_MAX which is not defined on GNU/Hurd (and
shouldn't be relied on as defined on any POSIX system). Another
issue seems to be a linker issue where binaries built with csc will
not find the libchicken library. The reason for this has yet to be
investigated.
