Feel free to supply us with a script that does this.  However, requiring
Emacs to be installed for people who don't use Emacs is very rude, so it
would have to be a standalone CHICKEN program.

Besides, we're Schemers.  Only a small fraction of CHICKEN is in C, it's
not worth arguing about.
