Hi all,

I noticed that the types.db change we committed in
99d43101f8bd2766f8ac64332dc19c2a6ee16d4c introduced
a small problem: (=) and (= 1) will result in a runtime
error when used in the interpreter (which is correct
according to R5RS), but when compiled it will now
return #t.  The same is true for <, <=, > and >=.

The attached patch removes these specializations,
for CHICKEN 4 and for CHICKEN 5.
