[Chicken-hackers] [PATCH] Make ##sys#find return the full path

I've recently got bit by the issue 133 [1] and lost too much time than
I'm willing to admit trying to understand what was wrong only to
realize I had a leftover executable with the same name of the module I
was trying to load.
The attached patch fixes the problem and adds a furter file-exists?
check on p0 just to be safe.
